DW Wilson successfully executed multiple MOC projects in collaboration with engineering, addressing found work as it arose during execution. The project was managed by two dedicated teams, each led by an experienced Superintendent. Acting as the prime contractor, DW Wilson oversaw safety management, coordinated wash crews, and handled all supporting infrastructure throughout the project.
Despite a 5% budget stretch due to scope expansion and found work, all projects were completed safely and on schedule, with full documentation.
